NorthChamber Board Nominees

NorthChamber is a ‘not for profit’ or a ‘for purpose’ organisation. As such, we need to use our resource well. This means ideally our Board plays both a Governance and an advisory/‘sounding board’ role for the CEO and operational team. The type of experience and capability we would value across our Board is:

Governance; Commercial experience with emphasis on industrial; small business experience; sales and business development; strategy; marketing and communication; leadership; regional diversity (e.g. representation from outside Whangarei).

There are 7 board positions to be filled. This is a reduction from 14 due to changes made in the constitution at the Special General Meeting in November 2024.

CV’s for all nominees are available on requests – info@northchamber.co.nz.
