CANCELLATION POLICY: There are a limited number of opportunities for businesses to book a BA5 across the year and we operate a waitlist. If you are no longer able to host a BA5 please let us know asap so we can find a replacement host and give another business the opportunity. We are reasonable people and understand that things crop up unexpectedly, but because we do dedicate staff time to your BA5 well in advance of it happening we are not always able to offer a full refund. As such we have the following policy regarding refunds. If you advise us six weeks prior to your BA5 date you will receive a 100% refund. If you advise us between 2 and 6 weeks prior to your BA5 date we will provide a 50% refund. If you advise us less than two weeks prior to your booked BA5 date we are unable to provide any refund.
