Frank Aldridge is back! The self- confessed ‘Jedi Master’ returns to host another series of very popular free Business Capability Workshops. With over 25 years of experience in consulting and training on tender processes, procurement, and negotiation, Frank has helped numerous clients secure ‘All of Government Contracts’ and is one of only three specialists contracted to train the government on procurement.
Winning Tenders Masterclass
The ideal follow-on from Tenders 101 or if you are already knowledgeable about Tenders but looking to strengthen your capabilities in this area.
Attendees will have the chance to analyse actual tenders and responses and collaborate with Frank to craft polished and targeted responses. Participants are encouraged to bring their own past or current tender documents (with sensitive information removed) for group review and discussion. These will need to be supplied by August 16th via email (see below). A selection will be made to work on. The Masterclass will take your tender responses to the next level.
