The narrative surrounding Northland has changed in recent years – Northland’s working-age population is growing, and the labour market remains buoyant. There are jobs in our region, but how we do we ensure we are filling these jobs with local people?

We’ll share how the Ministry of Social Development are preparing our people and working with employers to ensure we are developing Northland. We will also hear from our partners that are training our people for the roles and positions available at organisations such as your own.
