The summary of the new proposal is:
There will be no money required from Ratepayers to build, or to run the new arts centre except for the $2.8m earthquake strengthening which applies to all submissions.

The Prosper Northland group who have prepared the new submission is asking for support. There are 3 Councillors who are still weighing up the level of support for the project. It has been proposed that supporters of the project email these Councillors.

Sue Glen, Brian McLachlan, Shelly Deeming
