Digital Wings is an exciting opportunity for the Northland business community, as a bridge between the corporate and community worlds. We build relationships and make it simple for businesses and organisations to responsibly dispose of their computer equipment at every upgrade. Viable stock donations make this a cost-neutral benefit to the business donor and we take care of your e-waste. Digital Wings gifts high-end refurbished computers to charities seeking to raise aspirations and create opportunity, especially for youth education and employment, and for community development in under-served areas.
Our edge is that we support with a 12-month hardware warranty and by providing to free and sponsored education and career packages to make the hardware meaningful. We even report back to our corporate and public sector donors with stories of how their donation has made a difference. At the moment, as a Covid response, we are creating online Rangatahi Digital Workshops to encourage youth into careers in technology.
