The team at NorthChamber are thrilled to have NorthTec student Sajith Gaffoor as an intern for the next four months. Sajith has a Masters in Business Administration and is working on a graduate diploma in Business Information Systems. His skills, experience in market research, customer relationship management, and the industry project he will complete as part of his studies will play a part in helping improve service to stakeholders.
Creating meaningful change requires honest introspection and robust feedback, with support from Sajith, NorthChamber will be gathering data and collating feedback from members and other stakeholders which will be vital in informing how to manage information, communicate and improve the overall ‘customer experience’ for our members and the wider business community.
Sajith also has a keen interest in theatre, has trained as a dancer, volunteers for several local charities including Carbon Neutral NZ. Keep an eye out for Sajith at one of the NorthChamber’s networking events in the coming weeks.
