For countries that accept electronically certified documents, this is ABC’s preferred method. Electronically certified documents are more secure, trackable, and generally provide a faster and more efficient process.
Countries that may still require wet-stamped documents: Algeria, Bahrain*, Cuba, Ethiopia*, Guatemala*, Iraq*, Jordan*, Kuwait*, Lebanon, Oman*, Peru, Qatar*, Russia, Saudi Arabia*, Turkey*, Yemen
* These countries are known to regularly accept electronically certified documents, so it is worth checking whether a wet stamp is actually required before proceeding.
If documents are required for one of the above countries, you may need to post or courier the original completed document with supporting evidence to ABC. Alternatively, you can email the documents to ABC for processing, and they can courier the completed documents back once certified.
