Chris Douglas started the Northland Scaffolding 23 years ago and has weathered the ups and downs of economic cycles ever since. Through it all, one theme has remained constant: growth—growing the business, growing the capability of the team, and genuinely loving the journey along the way. Chris will share insights from building a resilient local company and what he’s learned over two decades in business.
Northland Scaffolding are also proud supporters of community events throughout Northland and will be showcasing some of the incredible organisations and initiatives they’ve helped over the past 12 months.
