This year we mark an incredible 48 years of the Northland Business Excellence Awards! While it has shapeshifted from Top Shop to its current format, the premise has remained, it has always been about recognising and celebrating our phenomenal local businesses, and our people doing an exceptional job!

It takes a community to make the Awards happen! And what an amazing community we have of business entrants, sponsors, partners coaches and judges, all committed to building business excellence, and the success of our region. We will dish the secret sauce to success with a few of our winners sharing about their business, there will be time for some Q and A, and plenty of networking over shared nibbles and drinks.
