This 60-min how-to workshop will dive into the what’s, how’s, and whys of people deviating from guidance and will provide the Deviation Analysis tool to assist you in managing the errors, deviations, and violations associated with work-as-imagined versus work-as-done. It isn’t just a concept, there are methods, systems, processes, and tools to better understand and manage them.
Workshop 2 | Di Ah-Chan – Lifting Risk Capability
How can assurance look with contemporary safety tools? This contemporary HSW workshop provides you with skills to expand compliance assurance to risk capable assurance where people will enjoy the visit! We will explore where you can integrate your new tools to strengthen obligations, manage risk better and improve your operational excellence. The session will unpack the improvement cycle to move our verification and audit process to one that incorporates and provide insights into Work as Imagined vs Work as Done.
