After thoughtful discussion, the Board and I have mutually agreed that I will conclude my role as Chief Executive of NorthChamber.
While this marks a change in direction for me personally, I am proud of what we have achieved together over the past 18 months. During this time, the organisation has navigated a period of transition with focus and commitment, laying important foundations for the future. It has been a privilege to lead NorthChamber through this chapter.
As the organisation enters its next phase, both the Board and I agree that different leadership experience will best support the priorities and opportunities ahead. This decision reflects a shared commitment to ensuring NorthChamber is well positioned to continue strengthening its impact for members and the wider Northland business community.
I would like to sincerely thank the Board, the team, you our members, and partners for their support and engagement throughout my tenure. I have truly loved the opportunity to get to know many of you and to understand the potential for Northland business.
I remain a strong advocate for the Chamber’s purpose and know the Board’s commitment to NorthChamber’s ongoing success.
For my part, I’m looking forward to taking a bit of time off and then exploring what’s next.
I leave with every confidence in the organisation and wish everyone involved success for the future.
