Active+ Northland is a trusted provider of ACC assessment and rehabilitation services across the Northland region. With a skilled team of allied health professionals, we deliver functional rehabilitation programs that support individuals to return to independence, work, and daily life. Our services are delivered in homes, workplaces, and community settings, ensuring they are accessible, responsive, and tailored to each person’s needs.
Guided by values of manaakitanga, integrity, and community connection, we work in partnership with whānau and local providers to ensure our rehabilitation approach is holistic, culturally appropriate, and outcome-focused — helping people regain function and thrive in their own environments.
Note: While our core team includes 4 FTE, we operate a contracting model and currently engage over 45 allied health professionals across the Northland region, allowing us to deliver services widely and flexibly.
