A locally owned Whangarei practice, HB Architecture brings a high level of design, expertise and technical ability to all phases of the design, working drawings and project delivery of all projects. Ensuring the finished building will perform functionally, and will enhance the experience of all who use it.
HB Architecture was established in 2007. Since that time our completed works span many types of commercial, cultural, industrial and residential projects.
With all projects our aim is to integrate function with aesthetic value to create an enduring architecture which, first and foremost meets the clients needs.
Our design ethos is based around delivering buildings which are appropriate to place, and this often means referencing the past. Consideration is also given to natural influences, such as local weather conditions, typography etc. Beyond this, and most importantly, the clients brief is the main design driver, with our team having a very pragmatic approach to design.
HB Architecture is a small practice consisting of a senior “working” director/architect, with one senior technician and four architectural graduates. Using the latest CAD and IT resources.
With our experienced and efficient team we have delivered a number of significant, award winning projects, which have been completed on time and on budget resulting in very satisfied clients.
