Ontrack Bookkeeping was established in 2003 after seeing a need in the business community for a quality, affordable, stress free bookkeeping service. We build successful communities by supporting small business success. This then supports our local economy to thrive, which then supports our local families who in turn support our local businesses….
We provide assistance with all manner of bookkeeping and payroll related services, from invoicing, GST returns, payroll processing and everything in between. We offer an onsite or offsite service to suit the specific needs of our client. We will step in at any level and happily work in conjunction with the clients other professionals. This enables the client quality time to work on their business, safe in the knowledge that the bookkeeping requirements are taken care of.
We are the ‘go to’ for all things Xero, and we provide one-on-one or one-to-many training in bookkeeping, in the use of Xero or MYOB or payroll software and payroll to anyone who would like to do their own bookkeeping. Our tips and tricks seminars are also a must attend affair.
Other services also include systems implementation and integration, conversions to new software programs and file rescues – this is where you financial data may not balance or needs a tidy up before going to the accountant for year end work. Tidy files makes lighter work of legislative requirements.
As members of the NZ Bookkeepers Association Inc (NZBAI) and also members of the Tax Agents Institute of New Zealand (ATAINZ) we are kept up to date with the latest information and we are required to abide by the ATAINZ and the NZBAI Code of Ethics, rules and continuing education policies. This leaves our clients safe in the knowledge they are getting the best service with the back up of two reputable associations.
