Alzheimers Northland is a not-for-profit charitable organization providing a critical service of support, information and education to anyone in the Northland community who is affected by Alzheimers disease and/or a related dementia disorder – the person with dementia and their caregivers, family and whanau.
Our Community Advisors are available to families from Te Hana to Cape Reinga and Coast to Coast.
As well as individualised support, we offer support group sessions and career education programmes to people who are dealing with issues of dementia. This allows an interchange of experience and problem solving.
