Returns – If you have received a faulty or damaged item that has been sent by courier, please get in touch (office@northchamber.co.nz) so we can organise a refund or replacement. Items need to be returned with all game components, instructions and original packaging. Purchasers will need to cover the cost of returning boards via post. Alternatively, you can return items in person at NorthChamber, The Orchard Business & Events Hub, 35 Walton Street, Whangārei.
Delivery – All pre-ordered games will be sent out as soon as we have received the games in early November. We will advise you when we have received stock. All gameboards will be sent via courier, unless you have selected to pick up in person from our premises in Whangārei.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS and CONDITIONS.
I/We hereby make application to become a member of the Northland Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. (NorthChamber)
I/We accept that NorthChamber may, in its absolute discretion, decline this application with, or without giving reasons.
I/we agree that if our application is successful we will:-
- Conform with the rules of NorthChamber.
- Pay the administration fee, membership fee and any other charges for services or product from NorthChamber during membership.
- Provide to NorthChamber such information as NorthChamber may decide is necessary for calculating our joining and annual subscription fee and other charges due.
I/We agree to the following specific Terms and Conditions.
- I/We will remain a member of NorthChamber until NorthChamber receives both a written resignation and full payment for all annual subscription fees and any other charges due to NorthChamber.
- Annual subscriptions are due in full on the annual subscription anniversary date. The annual subscription fee due is for a full year and will not be pro-rated if I/we resign at any time after one month from receipt of the annual subscription invoice part way through our membership year.
- NorthChamber may, in its absolute discretion, will allow for our annual subscription fee by regular, equal monthly instalments in arrears but if three or more monthly instalments are not paid on due date, NorthChamber may give notice requiring immediate payment of any balance of the subscription fee due.
- I/We will advise NorthChamber in writing if we want our membership of NorthChamber kept confidential. In the absence of such notification, I/we agree that NorthChamber may forward our membership details to NorthChamber approved third parties and other members who may offer products and services which could complement our membership.
- I/we will advise NorthChamber in writing of who our primary contact person is for membership purposes and their contact details and will keep you informed if/when these details change.
- I/We agree that if, for any reason, we are dissatisfied with our membership or any services provided by NorthChamber we will, before resigning or taking any other action first notify the Membership Coordinator or, if appropriate, the CEO of NorthChamber, in writing of the problem and on request will meet with NorthChamber with a view to resolving the problem.
EVENT BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
There are a limited number of opportunities for businesses to book a BA5 across the year and we operate a waitlist. If you are no longer able to host a BA5 please let us know asap so we can give another business the opportunity. The following policy applies regarding refunds. Six weeks prior to your BA5 date you will receive a 100% refund. Between 2 and 6 weeks prior to your BA5 date we will provide a 50% refund. Less than two weeks prior to your booked BA5 date no refund. However, we are reasonable people and do understand that things happen, please get in touch to discuss and we’ll do what we can.
