CANCELLATION POLICY: There are a limited number of opportunities for businesses to book a BA5 across the year and we operate a waitlist. If you are no longer able to host a BA5 please let us know asap so we can give another business the opportunity. The following policy applies regarding refunds. Six weeks prior to your BA5 date you will receive a 100% refund. Between 2 and 6 weeks prior to your BA5 date we will provide a 50% refund. Less than two weeks prior to your booked BA5 date no refund. However, we are reasonable people and do understand that things happen, please get in touch to discuss and we'll do what we can.
